When will I receive my order?

All orders take 4-5 business days to ship PLUS the USPS shipping method you choose at checkout. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or any U.S. holiday. During sales or our busy season, order processing can take up to 10 business days to ship.

We are located in Carmel, Indiana and ship via USPS. Once we ship your order, we are no longer in control, and ownership of the package transfers to you.

Shipping Methods Available:

Free Shipping (orders $49+) or Ground Advantage Shipping (formally first class mail): ships USPS ground advantage, and can take anywhere from 3-10 business days to be delivered domestically.  If you are in a rush, choose Priority Mail at checkout.

Priority Shipping: 2-4 business days to be delivered domestically.

USPS Express Shipping: 2 day domestic shipping, but USPS does not deliver on Sundays. Express shipping can be selected at checkout. Express orders are prioritized, meaning it moves your order to the very top of our fulfillment list and it'll be shipped out within two Honey Silks business days.

International Shipping: can take anywhere from 4-10+ weeks for delivery.

Our goal for customer service is to always under promise and over deliver. Due to variations that can occur in processing time, we cannot quote any shipping times other than what has been stated above. Please keep this timing in mind for your orders.

How will I know if my order has shipped?
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order ships. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to update. Thank you for your patience.

Where do you ship from?
Carmel, Indiana, USA!

I'm local to Indy. Can I stop by to look at your products in person? Can I pick up my items instead of having them shipped? 
We do not have a storefront at this time for in person shopping or local pickup.

Can I rush my order?
Please contact us at honeysilkstyle@gmail.com BEFORE making your purchase to see if we have timing available for rush in stock orders. We'll get back to you as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee rush orders after an order has already been placed.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. However, import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee. These charges are set by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.  

I’m international. Can you mark my order as a gift?
Unfortunately, no. Legally, invoices and packing slips cannot be altered in any way.

Can I change my shipping address after I already placed my order?
Please review your shipping address prior to submitting your order, as changes cannot be guaranteed. If you have an address change, please email us.

I placed multiple orders. Can you combine shipping for me?
Yes, please email us at honeysilkstyle@gmail.com with your order numbers and we will combine them for you (as long as they haven't shipped yet!).
